Dining Vouchers

Minimum spend of $50.00 per Dining Voucher, with the option to include multiples of $50 or $100 denominations up to a maximum purchase of $5000 at one time.

Dining Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment such as accepted major credit cards or cash.

Guest charges exceeding the value of the voucher may be settled with cash or accepted major credit cards.

Guests may retain any unused balance on the voucher for future use at the venue.

Dining vouchers are non-redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Dining voucher prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All Dining Vouchers should be purchased at the nominal value and are eligible for a 20% discount for TWG agency partners as per agreement.

Dining vouchers will not be re-issued in the event of loss or theft.

The Trippas White Group Dining Voucher may be redeemable against any dining charges at restaurants managed by Trippas White Group at the time of redemption. The use of dining vouchers is subject to the individual booking rules and service styles of each venue. Certain venues may have restrictions on booking sizes or other service implications. Dining voucher holders are advised to familiarize themselves with the specific policies of the chosen venue prior to booking or visiting.

Dining vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any balance on a dining voucher not redeemed within the validity period cannot be used after the expiration date.

Trippas White Group is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

All Dining Vouchers will incur an administration fee, subject to change.

Payments for Dining Vouchers are due within 30 days via invoice once the vouchers have been dispatched.

A transaction handling fee of 2% may occur on top of the purchase. (is this 2 or 3%)
