George oversees the complete culinary experience for our valued customers across TWG’s broad portfolio of venues at iconic locations including the Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Garden, Domain and Centennial Parklands, among others.

Most recently he helped build new premium dining offerings at the refreshed Sydney Tower Dining venues – Infinity, SkyFeast and Bar 83.
