For the Wisteria Room yes, subject to availability – please ask our Events Team for additional hire fee.
You are most welcome to bring in live music or DJs to the venue. All bands/DJs are required to bring their own sound equipment and speakers (this is fairly standard and should be explicit in their contracts). We have a limit of 70 decibels.
Yes you are welcome to bring in your own catering company to our kitchen. Supplier access is from 4.30pm only. Due to our functioning kitchen during the day, we can allow external catering for evenings only. For more details, please ask the events team for our external catering package
Your final guest numbers will need to be submitted to our Events Team 2 weeks prior to your event. After this time, we will be unable to make any further changes to your run sheet and menu selections.
Parking around the venue is unlimited and complimentary for the duration of the event. Cars are not permitted overnight (any cars left overnight will be fined by the Park Rangers).
Unfortunately, bouncy castles are not permitted in the parklands, however you are welcome to bring a soft play area (official documentation required)
