Our venue is dedicated to making your event seamless and memorable. In this FAQ section, you’ll find answers to common questions about booking, event setup, catering, and parking. Our furniture and crockery are carefully selected to complement the natural surroundings of The Lookout, Echo Point. If you wish to enhance the venue’s styling, our team can provide a list of recommended suppliers. Additionally, we provide three tea candles per table and three printed menus per table.
You can deliver items between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the day before your wedding. Collection must be completed no later than the day after the event. Please note that we are not responsible for any items left at the venue.
Only the outdoor Balcony at Restaurant 1128 and the outdoor Terrace at Bar NSW are pet-friendly. However, pets are not permitted inside Bar NSW or Restaurant 1128
Our Head Chef accommodates dietary requirements separately. To ensure each guest receives their specific meal, please indicate their seating arrangement using the ‘Seating List Template.’ We can cater to special dietary restrictions for up to 10% of your guest list
A metered car park is available directly next to the venue, providing ample spots for visitors. Additionally, time-restricted paid parking is available on surrounding streets from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
