This intimate morning tea will feature a specially curated menu created in collaboration with Danielle Alvarez, Culinary Director of Events at the Sydney Opera House, and will include a selection of sweet and savoury treats from the cookbook.

Guests will enjoy a meaningful In Conversation between Helen and broadcaster Indira Naidoo, exploring the emotional depth, creativity, and purpose behind the book.

About Helen Goh

Helen Goh is a Malaysian-born, Australian-trained pastry chef and practicing psychologist. After migrating to Australia at age 11, she pursued psychology while also rising through the culinary world – eventually becoming head pastry chef at a landmark Melbourne restaurant before moving to London to join the Ottolenghi team.

She co-authored the bestselling cookbooks Sweet and Comfort with Yotam Ottolenghi, and her recipes appear regularly in the Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian, and The Observer. Helen’s approach to food blends Asian, Middle Eastern and Western influences – with a focus on the emotional power of baking.
