Le Ho Fook Sydney has been awarded two hats in the 2026 Good Food Guide, a major achievement for the restaurant and its team only months after opening in the Porter House precinct.
Brought to Sydney through a collaboration between celebrated chef Victor Liong and Trippas White Group, the restaurant has quickly established itself as one of the city’s most exciting dining experiences. The Good Food review praised its refined, modern take on Chinese cuisine, spotlighting signatures such as the cult crispy eggplant with spiced red vinegar, the glossy Peking duck and the high-wire snacks that first defined Liong’s reputation.
